ICSEI Dialogic 2026: Call For Submissions

The ICSEI Dialogic is a multi-modal conversation which brings together and amplifies a range of perspectives, contexts, voices, and modes of influence. This is with the aim of documenting, enabling, promoting, pursuing, inspiring, and challenging dialogue, and engagement in sustained collaboration, conversation, and action that could result from this. 

The ICSEI Dialogic, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Network, is now accepting submissions for its 2026 edition. We welcome contributions from educators, researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners to contribute to the theme: 

 

Early Childhood Education and Care: Exploring the potential for promoting children’s lifelong learning, well-being, and sense of belonging.

 

Guiding questions include:

  • How can ECEC pedagogy support lifelong learning and well-being?
  • What fosters a sense of belonging in ECEC settings?
  • How can leadership and policy ensure equitable access to high-quality ECEC?
  • What does high-quality ECEC look like in times of crisis?

Submissions may be written (750–1000 words), audio, video, or visual, and can be in any language.

Submission deadline: 15 October 2025

Selected contributions will be published in the Dialogic and featured during the ICSEI Congress in Doha, Qatar in January 2026.
