Yash Sharma

Yash Sharma is Operations and Administration Manager at the International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement (ICSEI). He brings over eight years of experience supporting the operations of international, education-focused and mission-driven organizations, working closely with global networks of researchers, institutions, and practitioners to strengthen learning and collaboration across contexts. In his role, Yash supports the day-to-day functioning of ICSEI, including governance processes, board and committee coordination, member engagement, and the delivery of international congresses and events.

Yash has particular expertise in organizational operations, governance support, and global programme coordination. His professional experience spans roles contributing to higher education institutions, international student initiatives, and cross-cultural learning environments, where he has supported programmes and partnerships that enhance learning opportunities and knowledge exchange. He has extensive experience managing digital systems, financial processes, and stakeholder communications in complex, distributed environments, with a focus on building efficient and responsive systems that enable impactful educational work at scale. He holds a Master of International Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
