Call for additional ELN Co-coordinator
The ICSEI Educational Leadership Network (ELN) is for leaders at all levels: in practice, policy and research. The network is open to everyone interested in matters of management and leadership in the educational realm. The aims of the network are to:

At the moment, the ELN is led by two co-coordinators, Paul Campbell (ESF Sha Tin Junior School/ University of Glasgow) and Dominique Klein (University of Marburg). To further enhance the work of the network, we are looking to bring on board an additional co-coordinator.

The role involves working as a coordination team to facilitate the work of the network in line with its aims, as well as to contribute to the work of ICSEI more broadly as required and in collaboration with the board. In particular, the coordination team acts as a liaison between the network members and ICSEI and further develops the network by organising sessions with specific themes at the ICSEI Congress, hosting events for the network between congresses, and communicating with the coordinators of the other ICSEI networks on a regular basis.

ICSEI is a global community collaborating for enhanced quality, equity, and excellence in education, related to school effectiveness and improvement. ICSEI’s purpose is to have an impact on the quality of education by providing an international forum for researchers, policy makers, and practitioners. Our community comes together to:

ICSEI strives to be a community that is internationally inclusive for all its members. ICSEI further endeavours to ensure that every member and participant has an equal, unhindered opportunity to fully participate and engage with ICSEI Congresses and other activities, regardless of cultural, religious, racial/ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientation, or gender, in a safe space of intellectual openness, respect, and the free exchange of evidence and ideas. ICSEI embraces diversity and recognises it as a source of strength and value for all.

We would like to encourage our network members and friends to submit proposals that address aspects connected to our sub theme. The deadline for submission is 15 November 2020. Details about requirements can be found here: http://2021.icsei.net/call-for-proposals-2/

If you have any questions about the ELN sub theme or need assistance preparing your proposal, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As in every year, there will be a blind review process for the proposals.
